Problems
In many communities, particularly in the Wakiso District of Uganda, access to basic healthcare services is severely limited. This is exacerbated by poverty, lack of infrastructure, and inadequate healthcare facilities.
As a result, many individuals, especially orphans, refugees, and those living with HIV/AIDS, do not receive the medical attention they need. This lack of access leads to untreated illnesses, poor health outcomes, and increased vulnerability to preventable diseases.
